Property and performance:

increase tensile strength and bending strength while improving the toughness (impact strength) of PVC material


Overview:  

PVC is a fragile polymer material, it cannot be used without impact modifier. Generally, we use CPE to modify rigid PVC in China. CPE can improve impact strength and toughness of PVC material. However, the rigidity and heat resistance are greatly lost, tensile strength, flexural modulus and VST are all decreasing in certain degress. It severely limits material application. RGC135A is a new type impact modifier, it is a rigid benzene ring grafting polyethylene and then chlorinated. Since the introduction of rigid functional group in the molecule structure, RGC135A can improve rigidity without reducing impact strength. When using in pipes, it can increase compression resistance. When using in profiles, it will increase welding strength.
